Celebrate the delicious depths of Filipino cuisine at the Philippine Food Festival at Café Mix.
Guest chefs Clayford Manuel, Charie Carmel Ferolin and Jovelyn Adra from Shangri-La at the Fort, Manila, will serve up delectable Filipino dishes including Sisig, Lechon, Adobo and Chicken Inasal and more, to delight your taste buds!
The festival is taking place at Café Mix from 8 – 16 September. Lunch and dinner is priced at AUD 55 and available from Sunday to Thursday, from 12noon to 2.30pm. The seafood buffet dinner is priced at AUD 85 and available from Friday to Saturday, from 6pm to 10.30pm.
