AFCS holds Mother’s Day celebration

The Australian Filipino Community Services Inc (AFCS) held a Mother’s Day celebration last 7 May 2015 at the Dove Wellbeing Centre in Doveton.

The seniors and guests were treated with a sumptuous lunch and music provided by the Strand Music Band. The seniors also enjoyed dancing and they were given mother’s day gift bags.

AFCS Chairperson Cynthia Norton, Chaplain Norminda Forteza and other volunteers organised the event.
