The Bridge Builders for Australasia, Inc. (BBFAI) is raising funds for a cause with the staging of FilOz Idol – The Champs – Best of the Best Showcase on 10 August 2013, 6pm, at the Grand Star Receptions, Grieve Parade, Altona (Melway Map Ref# 54 G1).  Cost is $65 inclusive of a three-course meal, beer, wine and soft drinks.  Attire is strictly formal.

Proceeds will go to the mission trips organised by West City Christian Church in Dipolog and Legaspi, which sponsors children’s education, feeding programs in various provinces that is personally facilitated by officers of BBFA, financial support to the victims of calamities in different parts of the Philippines, continuous medical support to the kids with facial deformities.

It will be a night of melodious songs featuring some of the winners of FilOz Idol Singing Contests from 2008 – 2012.  They are Alyssa Limbo – 2008 FilOz Young Idol Winner; Sheralyn May Hill – 2010 FilOz Idol People’s Choice Winner; Vanessa Sanchez Cosic – 2011 FilOz Idol Grand Prize Winner; Jake Estabillo – 2011 FilOz Idol Judges’ Choice Winner; Justin Richard Glenn Abella – 2012 FilOz Idol Winner (Adult); Aliyah Kristine Adonis – 2012 FilOz Idol Winner (Teen) and Jehscy Hatsue Sotelo – 2012 FilOz Idol First Runner-up (Teen).  BBFA Ladies are so thankful and proud of these Idols who have graciously given their time, effort and talent to help us raise fund.  We will be forever grateful to you. BBFA is hoping to see kababayans support this event that will benefit less fortunate Filipinos back home.
