QLD—Mr Pure Energy, Gary Valenciano, set the Chandler Theatre in Queensland ablaze with his signature electrifying yet inspiring performance on 14 March 2025. With his unparalleled charisma and dynamic stage presence, Gary V lit up Brisbane with his astonishing energy and heartfelt connection with the audience.

At the first stop for his Australia/New Zealand tour, Gary set the bar incredibly high for what’s to come, as he showed the Brisbane crowd why he remains an icon in the industry. His high-energy anthems like “Shout for Joy”,: “Hataw Na“, and “Sa Yahweh ang Sayaw” had the audience on their feet, dancing and singing along to every beat.

Aside from the upbeat tunes, his soulful ballads captivated the crowd, including “How Did You Know” and “Sana Maulit Muli“, which filled the theatre with nostalgia and raw emotion. He also brought the audience to tears and reflection with his inspirational songs like “Lead Me Lord” and “Warrior is a Child”. A few lucky VIP ticket holders were given an opportunity to watch him do his actual soundcheck and intimate performance of songs that were not part of the night’s concert playlist.

Gary V’s tour took him to perform to a sell-out crowd in Wellington, New Zealand, on 16 March at the Opera House. Valenciano returned to Australia for a show Perth on 21 March at the Regal Theatre, Melbourne on 28 March at Enjoy Venues, with the grand finale in Sydney on 30 March at The Concourse Concert Hall in Chatswood.
