Give Love Inc. honours ambassadors of love and goodwill

On December 8, Sandown Park Hotel hosted a meaningful celebration as Give Love Inc. (GLI) honoured several “Goodwill Ambassadors” for 2025. The event featured a presentation of certificates, a sumptuous dinner, raffle prizes, and a celebration of December birthdays.

GLI President Liza Aquino di Blasio praised and thanked the ambassadors for their contributions to the annual Give Love fundraising drive. The initiative feeds struggling families and children, providing them with Noche Buena – the traditional Filipino Christmas midnight meal that many cannot afford.

This year alone, through generous community leaders and business operators such as My Travel Solution, and raffle prize donors including Richard Manning and former Consul Felix and Di Pintado, Give Love raised $8,000. This was combined with $3,000 raised during the Boat Cruise event at Victoria Harbour on December 7, organised by Rolly Radam.

These funds supported Noche Buena meal packs and feeding programs in the Philippines, organised by Liza’s trusted and hardworking nephew, Ralph Aquino, and other family members. Beneficiaries included 1,000 adults and children in Cabanatuan City, as well as deserving families in Imelda District, Payatas, and Concepcion, Bangad, Nueva Ecija (organised by Rosemarie and Luz Ferran). Further feeding programs were conducted in South Cotabato (organised by Nelda Estores) and in District 4, Manila.

At the Ambassadors Awards Night, special guest Rachel Orquia Peria, CEO and Founder of the Bukidnon-based Clothing Hearts, Feeding Souls Foundation (CHFSF), shared the history of her advocacy.

Peria recounted how her mother, PEASER President Juliet Orquia Johan, and her sisters used to send balikbayan boxes of household items home. Rachel felt a higher purpose, gathering these items to donate to missions, local churches, and families in need.

Last year, through her mother’s collaboration with President di Blasio, CHFSF was born in partnership with Give Love Inc. and sponsored by Le’ Oscars Charity in Action. They are supported by the Fundamental Bible Church, which provides spiritual strength through prayer and volunteers.

Their first outreach partnership took place in December 2024, where 75 volunteers travelled to Gingoog-Claveria, Misamis Oriental, feeding 600 individuals and distributing food, clothes, and medicine. In February 2025, a second outreach in Malaybalay fed 320 children, distributing toys and gifts from GLI.

Inspiring the audience, CEO Peria quoted Brandon Lake: “If you are blessed with wealth, use it to bless others.” She reiterated that true greatness is not measured by what you keep, but by what you give, inviting the ambassadors to continue spreading kindness, compassion, and the message of the gospel.
