JeryC on His Journey, Inspirations, and the Recent Drop of His Official Music Video, ‘Rosas’

In an exclusive interview, JeryC—a rising star in the R&B and hip-hop scene and a BCMG Music artist under the official label of BARKADA Night—shares insights on his musical journey, aspirations, and what fans can expect from his official music video for “Rosas,” now streaming on all major platforms.

The Melbourne-based singer-songwriter began his journey humbly, singing and strumming his guitar in his bedroom during high school. “My music is deeply personal,” JeryC explains. “I’ve been through a lot in my relationships, and I want to share stories of my experiences.” Blending soulful R&B with hip-hop and OPM ballad influences, JeryC has crafted a unique style that’s quickly gaining fans across Melbourne and beyond. “Working with other artists has helped me explore my creative range and gain new perspectives,” he says. “I’m always looking to improve.”

Among his collaborations are artists like JtheKidd, KPC, Leks, and Markqmn. As part of BCMG Music, JeryC’s goals are to reach larger stages, work alongside top OPM artists, and bring his music to global audiences. “There are so many talented, unheard artists in the OPM scene, and I want to show the world we’re here… It’s about believing in yourself, even when no one is with you.”

His single, “Rosas,” marks a milestone in his career, accompanied by a visually powerful music video. “The video tells a story from a certain chapter in my life. It’s not just music; it’s storytelling,” JeryC shares. “I hope everyone enjoys watching it.” Catch JeryC performing “Rosas” live at the next BARKADA Night.
