Your Role
As a Disability Support Worker at Nextt, you’ll play an important role in helping our clients lead more independent, connected, and fulfilling lives.
You will provide:
- Behaviour support and daily living assistance
- High-intensity personal care
- Mental health and psychosocial support
- Domestic assistance
- Support for community access and participation
About this Opportunity
We are currently seeking a female support worker who speaks Tagalog to support a client in Lynbrook.
Shift Available
- Sunday: 12 pm to 4 pm
- ADHOC shifts available on weekdays
What You Bring
- Experience in mental health and psychosocial disability
- Experience supporting clients with high physical disability needs
- Knowledge of restrictive practices
- Experience with complex behaviour support
- Tagalog language proficiency — essential for this client’s needs
Required Certificates and Licences
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent qualification
- Australian Driver’s Licence + own fully insured vehicle
