    Your Role

    As a Disability Support Worker at Nextt, you’ll play an important role in helping our clients lead more independent, connected, and fulfilling lives.

    You will provide:

    • Behaviour support and daily living assistance
    • High-intensity personal care
    • Mental health and psychosocial support
    • Domestic assistance
    • Support for community access and participation

    About this Opportunity

    We are currently seeking a female support worker who speaks Tagalog to support a client in Lynbrook.

    Shift Available

    • Sunday: 12 pm to 4 pm
    • ADHOC shifts available on weekdays

    What You Bring

    • Experience in mental health and psychosocial disability
    • Experience supporting clients with high physical disability needs
    • Knowledge of restrictive practices
    • Experience with complex behaviour support
    • Tagalog language proficiency — essential for this client’s needs

    Required Certificates and Licences

    • NDIS Worker Screening Check
    • Working with Children Check
    • First Aid and CPR Certificate
    • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent qualification
    • Australian Driver’s Licence + own fully insured vehicle
