The Role

Ideal candidates will be both versatile and results oriented. They will be able to respond positively to a variety of complex business situations and make decisions that contribute to the mutual success of the company and its customer. They will also be able to communicate with a team, take the lead on projects, communicate effectively, and accept the enhanced responsibility that comes with managerial positions.

Trainee Manager roles are available in the following areas:

  • Production/manufacturing
  • Technical support
  • Sales

In all areas, you will:

  • Interact with customers, handle enquiries and issues, develop an understanding of common customer requirements and behaviours
  • Learn and understand the important aspects of the entire Cornick product range and be able to promote and explain these to potential customers
  • Work closely with experienced team members to understand internal company workflows and identify potential areas for improvement
  • Establish performance indicators and track their implementation and effectiveness, use resulting data to inform future decision making
  • Propose ideas that will facilitate customer interactions, enhance customer experiences, enable robust team interactions, and increase production/operations efficiency
  • Liaise with management to report results and make suggestions on process improvements
  • Undertake other reasonable duties as assigned by management

Location

The positions offered are full-time only and are located at our head office at 9 Hannabus Place, McGraths Hill NSW 2756 (a short walk from Mulgrave train station).
