The Philippine Embassy has announced that an online appointment system will be implemented for passport applications for the Mobile Consular Mission to Melbourne on 20-24 January 2020. There is no charge for securing an online appointment.

For more information, visit www.philembassy.org.au.

However, those who have tried the online booking complained that the system is not working. Others who have managed to navigate the system have said that booking for a slot for Melbourne is now full.

If you have successfully booked an appointment, you should have received an email indicating the documents you will need to send to the Philippine Embassy by post.

After all the required documents have been received and evaluated by the Philippine Embassy, you will receive a booking confirmation email which also contains instructions on what to do and bring during the appointed time and date of passport renewal.

To avoid unnecessary inconvenience or expenses/charges on the part of prospective applicants, please do not send any documents by post to the Philippine Embassy until you have been notified to do so via email by the Philippine Embassy.
