NSW – Play: “Her Son, Jose Rizal”

Jose Rizal play“Her Son, Jose Rizal”, written by Leonor Orosa-Goquingco, is a stage play to coincide with Philippine national hero Jose Rizal’s 149th Birthday (19 June).

The play will be shown on June 17 18, 19 of June from 7:00pm plus a matinee performance on 20 June at 2:00pm at Tom Mann Theatre, 136-140 Chalmers Street, Surry Hills NSW.

R J Rosales plays the role of Jose Rizal. Ala Paredes, painter-actor-model and daughter of APO’s Jim Paredes, is also featured as Soledad Rizal.

“Her Son, Jose Rizal” is directed by Armando Reyes and produced by Fine Artists Collaboration & Filpino Community Coop Ltd.

Tickets for 17, 18 and 20 June shows are $40. Students/seniors at $25. Tickets for Gala performance on 19 June cost $60.00 and Matinee tickets on June 20 are at $40.00.
