The Australia Philippines Services League(APSL) held its annual flag raising last Saturday 10 June at The Village Green, Bowman Hall grounds, Campbell Street, Blacktown, marking 119 years of Philippine independence.
During the event, Philippine Consul General Anne Jalando-on Louis presented a Certificate of Appreciation to Blacktown City Deputy Mayor Tony Bleasdale, OAM.
