CAV’s letter to Ross Manuel

Ross Manuel of the Philippine Fiesta of Victoria Inc has just released to the Filipino community a copy of the Consumer Affairs Victoria’s (CAV) letter to him about its decision to revoke the request of the Concerned Members of Philippine Fiesta for a change of details of the Association. It will be recalled that the Concerned Members elected a seven-member Interim Management Committee headed by Maina Walkley immediately after the Annual General Meeting last 28 April 2013. The Interim Committee was supposed to take over Manuel’s management to review, re-draft/update the PFVI Constitution, and organise a special meeting for the election of officers.

The PFVI and the Concerned Members have respective lawyers now.
