2025 SBC Grand Finals: Jeremiah Almencion Wins MVP as ISO Remains Undefeated

Queensland – On 26 October 2025, ISO cemented their place in SBC history as the most dominant squad to ever take the court, completing an undefeated run since the league’s inception. The display of composure, consistency, and determination to succeed are the baller traits that took them to that hall of fame.

Their title-clinching performance was headlined by Jeremiah Almencion in the highly anticipated grand finals. His stellar all-around execution earned him the Most Valuable Player (MVP) award.

Living up to his nickname, “Golden Boy” scored 30 points, 5 rebounds, 3 assists, and 7 massive steals, leading his team to victory in an intense neck-to-neck game against Balleroz, with a final score of 68–64.

“Words can’t describe it…we do this just to win. I love winning. I’ve said it multiple times. It’s
good to do it with your family, your brothers. No better feeling.” Almencion said after lifting the
championship trophy.

This victory was only part of a bigger triumph pulled by SBC Season 4 itself. Indeed, there was no stopping another successful and thrilling Grand Finals by the Nightshift Ballers, headed by commissioner KD Manansala and the NSB committee at the Nissan Arena.
