APBC’s “Doing Business in the Philippines”

The Australia Philippines Business Council (APBC) held a talk on “Doing Business in the Philippines” last 7 April 2016 at Gasolina in South Wharf Promenade.

Philippine Honorary Consul General to Victoria briefed businessmen present on the night about the great opportunities for Australian businesses to conduct business in the Philippines and the forthcoming elections. At the same, Consul Felix shared an honest comment about the current state of affairs of the Filipino community in Victoria highlighting the importance for leaders to keep in mind their roles as leaders. He said service and transparency should be the main focus and not the financial gain or power they can get from the position.

APBC Vice President for Victoria Neil Grimes delivered the opening remarks.
