With just 10 days before the month of March, summer they say is on the horizon. Though Baguio City’s temperature dipped to a record low of 7.3°C Wednesday (Feb. 15, 2017), chilly mornings in Northern Luzon — as per PAGASA forecast — will soon be over with the warming of the northeast monsoon. Soon tens of thousands of Filipinos will be traveling up north to the summer capital of the Philippines — and one iconic landmark you shouldn’t miss is the lion head along Kennon Road.
