Savour the culinary notes of Chef Fhred Batalona as he serves up a delectable feast for your ears with his latest creation, “Himig ng Pasko.” Teaming up with the sensational Kiko Choir of Melbourne, Chef Fhred unleashed this musical masterpiece at the heartwarming Tambayang Pasko at Ceree on December 17, 2023.

It wasn’t just a performance; it was a nostalgic journey that left hearts humming and taste buds singing. Guests dove headfirst into the spellbinding Pasko event – Picture this: the heartwarming essence of Filipino festivities colliding with the pulsating vibes of Melbourne’s CBD.

It’s not your average holiday gathering; it’s a spectacular collision of tradition and contemporary pizzazz. Stepping through the gates of Ceree, where the air was infused with festive cheer and the tantalising scent of an 8-course degustation feast crafted by – Chef Fhred, Mamasita, Mrs.Market by Minette, Theo Artisanal, Tindero, and Dirty Ice Cream. Brace yourself for a culinary symphony, each dish telling a tale of Philippines’ diversity and vibrancy. Barangay’s got a new dish on the menu, and this one’s a symphony for the soul!
