Cebu Pacific to Give Away 111 Mango Sorbet Scoops in Selected Melbourne and Sydney Stores in Collaboration with Gelatissimo

Cebu Pacific, the Philippines’ leading airline, has teamed up with Australian gelato brand Gelatissimo to give away 111 free mango sorbet scoops at both its Balmain store in Sydney and Lygon Street store in Melbourne in celebration of the airline’s 11/11 sale and the recent announcement of an increase in flights between Australia and the Philippines.

As spring temperatures settle in both cities, Cebu Pacific will be giving away 111 mango sorbet scoops at each location from 1.30pm tomorrow (Fri Nov 8). Gelatissimo uses the finest Australian-grown Kensington Pride Mangoes in its sorbet, while mango is seen as the official flavour of the Philippines.

Gelatissimo, which has over 50 stores in Australia and 25 globally including in the Philippines, will be giving out the free mango sorbets in the selected Sydney and Melbourne stores until they’re gone. Every customer who receives a free scoop will have the opportunity to win return flights from Melbourne or Sydney to Manila by sharing images or video on social media.

In a major boost to capacity on the Australia-Philippines route, Cebu Pacific recently announced a move to daily services out of Sydney from 1 December and an increase to four services a week departing Melbourne from 23 November.

Ahead of the launch of the flight frequency increase, Cebu Pacific is running a seat sale from today (Thurs Nov 7 until next Mon Nov 11) offering flights from $199 all-in one-way from Melbourne and from $209 all-in one-way from Sydney.

Flights can be booked from Sydney and Melbourne to Manila at cebupacificair.com
