Police Senior Inspector Arvin Jusmillo asked President Rodrigo Duterte three minutes of his time to witness his marriage proposal to his girlfriend of five years.
Duterte had just finished his speech in front of Philippine National Police personnel on 6 October in Butuan City.
Jusmillo’s girlfriend is a security aide of President Duterte. MANILA, Philippines – “My beloved President sir, humihiling po ako ng tatlong minutes lang po sa ngalan ng pag-ibig, sir.”
Kinang accepted Jusmillo’s flowers and ring.

I hope Duterte increase the wages of the policemen and educate them. Fairness and abusive to the civilians. Since I was young I always admire the military men because they are like heroes to me. Please give them a good income to eliminate corruptions among other things.
