FAME holds 3rd AGM and Elections

The Filipino Australian Movement for Empowerment (FAME) held last 12 September its 3rd Annual General Meeting and State Directorate Elections at the Max Webber Library, Flushcombe Road, Blacktown, NSW.

Returning officer Jules Sanchez presided over the election with the assistance of members Lino Tomas and Joselito Cruz.

State Treasurer – Dennis Laxamana
State Internal Auditor- Yumi Bartolome

Administrator – Cesar Bartolome

Executive Director Francisco welcomed the new officers with an encouraging message. Except for Mayumi Bartolome, Neria Soliman, Ronaldo Villaver and Floro Valdez, all the other elected officers have served in the Directorate.

Outgoing Executive Director Art Bacalla presented the Director’s report for 2009.
