Filipino Chaplain Fr Joselito ‘Litoy’ Asis, along with the Filipino Chaplaincy Choir of Melbourne and the Filipino Choir of Saint Anthony in Noble Park took part in the annual Mass of All Nations held at St. Patrick’s Cathedral on 27 August 2017. The event is organised by the Catholic Migrant and Refugee Office of the Archdiocese of Melbourne.

Held every fourth Sunday of August and presided by the Archbishop of Melbourne, the celebration is in line with the Migrants and Refugees Week under the auspices of the Australian Bishops’ Conference.

Fr Asis, in his message to the participating choirs said, “Sincere congratulations on your inspiring performance… Your seraphic voices really uplift everyone’s spirit in deep prayer.” He even shared Archbishop Denis Hart’s commendation of the groups who hailed them as “really amazing.”
