WA–A Flores de Mayo was held at Rockingham, Western Australia. It was organised by five religious groups and was staged for the first time in the said venue. The Flores de Mayo was headed by Cherry Bacting, and attended by about 500 guests.
To recognise the collaboration of the groups, the Filipino Community Council of Australia President Dante Maribbay presented them with the Golden Shoes Replica Award of Recognition.
