Fun in Rio de Janeiro Carnivale Night

SONY DSCShare-Me-A-Dream again delivered a very successful and bongalicious theme event –the Rio De Janeiro Carnivale Night.

“The club’s main goal is to create a unique theme to attract fun loving and artistic people.  We wanted our guest to have a different experience from previous dinner dances they’ve been to and attract more of the young generation.  Rio De Janeiro was a unique and great experience to all of our guests,” enthuses Club President Choy Symes.

Some of the feedback received from guests include “A very colourful and fun event and the venue set up looked incredible and the theme is very creative. Overall, our guests truly enjoyed their evening and cannot wait for the next event Share-Me-A-Dream has to offer.

“As the club president and on behalf of the committee, we aim to please the people and provide them with fun filled evening and a memorable one.  We believe that by providing the people of what they want or look for in a great event we will have their ongoing support for future projects,” says Symes

The 360 people who attended the night definitely had some very positive feedback of the event.  It was great to see both young and old having a fabulous time and even better to have so many young guests who came to support the event.

Proceeds of the night go to the Medical Mission 2013 to be attended by Choy Symes, Terry Kane and Sarah Symes, namely Medical Outreach in Butuan City (31 March-1 April), Cataract Operation in Davao City (6 April), Operation Tuli and Dental Mission in Ormoc, Leyte (15 April), and Operation Smile in Surigao City (18-21 April).

In addition “Can’t Smile Without You”, a joint project of Share Me A Dream, Jeanette Marie Croucher, Manny Zammit, Edward Chan, Butuan Riders Association, and Mayor Ferdinand Amante, will be sponsoring 10 kids with cleft lip/palate from the remote area of Butuan City to be taken to Surigao City for a free operation.

The projects’ sponsors include Expo Shoes & Accessories, Pixie Dell Florist, Phil Tours, Liz Honey Promotions, Norma Diego Santos, Edith Feliciano, and Nelia Ramirez of Empire Property Investors.

These events became successful with the help of the hard working committee led by Choy Symes, Club President; Terry Kane, Vice President; Jason Kane, Treasurer; Lina Cubelo, Assistant Treasurer; Aileen Barbara and Edith Feliciano, Social Events Committee; and Steve Symes, adviser; and with the support of Animal Lovers Rescue Mission club president Jessica Peritos and members.oney Promotions, Norma Diego Santos, Edith Feliciano, and Nelia Ramirez of Empire Property Investors.
