The Kings have won 12 games in a row and it will be a great test for Sotto going into Sunday. Sotto has played the Kings twice this season, struggling in his first game but proving his worth in the second match last Saturday where he had eight points and four rebounds.

Sotto, the Philippines national team player has represented his country multiple times as a junior and would have represented his national senior team before the pandemic disrupted national tournament schedules

Kai Sotto vs Kings match up

Kai Sotto is a highly rated prospect, the 19-year-old was selected for the NBA G League Ignite team before joining the 36ers.

His NBL coach CJ Bruton believes Sotto is a soon-to-be NBA player.

“I’ll be having some popcorn watching him and sending him messages while he’s in the NBA,” Bruton said via MSN Sports.

Sotto is averaging 7.1 points per game and 4.5 rebounds per game for the season so far, he has shown a lot of promise off the bench for the Adelaide 36ers.

For Sotto to get the win against the Sydney Kings he will need to get another 21 points and probably more. For Sydney-based Filipino fans, this will be your only chance to see him live as next year he might be in the NBA!
