No grand opening for Chadz Chicken in Hampton Park

A sad day for Chadz Chicken in Hampton Park which was about to have its the grand opening tomorrow, 18 December 2013. A cocktail bomb was thrown at a shisha shop few doors away from Chadz Chicken (Shop 65) causing damage to it and the nearby shops.

Jason Cruz of Chadz Chicken was devastated when he saw the damage this morning. A formal blessing of the shop was held yesterday and Jason said they were already ready for tomorrow’s grand opening. He was about to stock up goods this morning.

Policemen are currently at the scene investigating.

A new Filipino shop is something to be proud of and this sad news affects the Filipino community. If you want to assist the Chadz Chicken family in terms of manpower or other resources, please PM us and we will communicate with them.

We wish Chadz Chicken good luck and we still look forward to its grand opening soon.
