TFC The Filipino Channel to continue overseas programming

On May 5, 2020, ABS-CBN received an order from the National Telecommunications Commission to stop broadcasting, which took effect on the same day (Manila time).

ABS-CBN wishes to inform its TFC subscribers in Australia and around the world, that it continues to deliver relevant news and entertainment through its subscription service.

ABS-CBN TFC’s official statement:

Nikki Pechuela-Famador, PR & Integrated Public Service – Asia Pacific informed The Philippine Times, that the NTC order does not affect the overseas programming and operations of TFC. ABS-CBN’s flagship news program, TV Patrol, resumed on May 7, delivering the latest news and information as it affects Filipinos around the world.

As of May 8, the airing of Teleradyo and MOR has likewise resumed on TFC.

All programs can be viewed through it’s platforms on cable, satellite, IPTV, and TFC Online.

“We request your patience and understanding as we face new challenges. We shall persevere to bring service to millions of Filipinos globally through news, entertainment, and public service,” stated Pechuela-Famador.
