TOAP supports this year’s APAFS Investment Conference

One of the country’s leading professional associations in the financial industry, the Trust Officers Association of the Philippines (TOAP), once again pledges its support for the upcoming 10th Pacific Region Investment Conference (PRIC) organized by Asia Pacific Association for Fiduciary Studies (APAFS), to be held in Manila, Philippines.

The only education conference forum focusing on the Asia Pacific region, this year’s PRIC is expected to bring in 400 delegates—fiduciaries and investment professionals—from across the region. The presence of world-class finance experts as speakers in the conference is also sure to draw together valuable opinion and information on the current global economic issues and trends.

Marvin Fausto, TOAP President, expresses gratitude as both institutions work together in their joined advocacies. “We continuously support such endeavor to strengthen and enhance our objective to unite and professionalize the country’s investment management industry,” he says.

Through TOAP’s partnership with APAFS, which is further manifested through the 10th PRIC, their aim to unite, professionalize and promote the Philippine Trust and Investment Management Industry is being strengthened.

“Such key connections are central to achieving a wide range of diversity and expertise at the Pacific Region Investment Conference,” says Daniel Roland, CIMA, Executive Director of APAFS.

A number of key players in the financial industry have also pledged their support in the upcoming conference: the Financial Executives Institute of the Philippines (FINEX), Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE), Chartered Financial Analyst Society of the Philippines (CFAP) and Association of Development Financing Institutions in Asia and the Pacific (ADFIAP).

The 10th PRIC is set to be held on October 14 to 15 at the New World Hotel in Manila. To learn more about the conference and APAFS, visit www.apafs.org.
