VIC – Inaugural Mass in honour of the Holy Nazarene

The Filipino Pastoral Council is inviting everyone to attend the Inaugural Mass in honour of the Holy Nazarene which will be held this Saturday 08 January 2011 at the St. Brigid Church/Pastoral Office at 11.30 am. Father Loi will be officiating the mass.

The statue of the Holy Nazarene was given by the Nazareth Group of Sydney headed by the Tablante family to Fr Alfred who offered the same to the Filipino community in Melbourne.

Honorary Consul General Virginia Kalong of the Philippine Consulate of Victoria facilitated the shipment of the life-size statue from Sydney to Melbourne.
