I am a Filipino, you are asked to come and claim remains of my aunt in Australia and personal property (he has no children or wife left). He left us a will naming his family in the Philippines as heir. However, I do not know which agency should inform his death or if I have the right to do things. her will will have also said who the executer is (not an heir but someone who files the paperwork). Thats the person you need to contact.
