What is my obligation if my Australian aunt dies in Australia?

I am a Filipino, you are asked to come and claim remains of my aunt in Australia and personal property (he has no children or wife left). He left us a will naming his family in the Philippines as heir. However, I do not know which agency should inform his death or if I have the right to do things. I’ll also have the right to dispose of his personal property?
