Aussie-based Chefs Gallery pops up in the Philippines

Chefs Gallery, the Australian-based multi-award winning Chinese dining experience, went international for the first time with a six-week pop up restaurant in the Philippines since 14 March, 2016.

Taking their culinary influences from across China with them, a group of chefs from Chefs Gallery Australia flew out from Sydney a few weeks ahead of the launch to take over the kitchen of Mabuhay Palace at the Manila Hotel and train local chefs.

With their menu full of artfully created dishes, diners have been indulging in a mouth-watering, multi-sensory gastronomic experience.

Chefs Gallery founder, Kaisern Ching says, “We’re excited to be taking the next step in our evolution of Chefs Gallery with this international pop-up. The response so far has been incredible and we look forward to bringing our unique dining experience to the Philippines.”

Chefs Gallery has become famous for featuring a combination of flavours from modern Chinese cuisine and the finesse of contemporary Chinese art to create an experience that is unique in its theatre, artistry and taste.

Known for their hand-made noodles which takes centre stage behind the glass-walled kitchen, Peking duck roti and artistically crafted mains, their dishes are set to delight everyone’s palette.

Chinese cuisine has always been popular in the Philippines, but Chefs Gallery is bound to wow diners as they create an inspiring gallery of extraordinary experiences to stimulate and nourish the senses.

There is a limited time left for Filipino food lovers to enjoy the food offered by Chefs Gallery.
