Ex-policemant confesses to existence of Davao Death Squad, implicates Duterte

SPO3 Arthus Lascañas held a press conference on 20 February to confess to six crimes that he had allegedly committed directly linking President Rodrigo Duterte to the existence of Davao Death Squad (DDS).

Lascañas reversed his previous testimony at a Senate hearing denying the existence of Davao Death Squad.
