Kalma: An Enriching Evening of Mental Health Conversations and Mindful Experiences

We at Barangay, in collaboration with the Filipino Chefs Association of Victoria Inc firmly believe that no one should ever walk their mental health journey alone…

To celebrate Mental Health Awareness month, let us all come together this 23rd October to help create a world where mental health is discussed openly, and without judgment or fear.

Our event is entitled Kalma, Managing Mental Health, and is happening on, Monday, 23 October 2023 from 6 pm until 10 pm at Epocha in Carlton.

The ticket cost is only $20 however is open for any donation you can give. All donations will be given to Beyond Blue

Highlights of the event that are included to the ticket price (thanks to our generous sponsors!):

•Inspirational speakers from Beyond Blue and individuals with lived experiences who will share their stories and insights.
