Sun and Stars team to help typhoon Yolanda victims

Sun and Stars, a newly-formed Filipino-Australian group, will spearhead collection of boxes to help those who were severely affected by the typhoon Yolanda.
The Filipino Community Council of Victoria (FCCVI), the Philippine Australian Foundation Inc. (PAFI) and the Philippine Fiesta of Victoria, Inc are supporting the initiative.
Empty boxes can be picked from the FCCVI office at 93 Cowper St Footscray. Those interested can fill the boxes with clothes, canned goods and other non-perishable items, medicines, mosquito nets, toiletries. Sealed boxes can then be dropped off to the FCCVI Office on 7 December 2013.
