Video of blind Filipino girl singing Miley Cyrus’ “Wrecking Ball” goes viral

A video of a Grade 5 student of Barangay Luzon in Governor Generoso, Davao Oriental became an instant hit hours after it was uploaded on YouTube by a certain George Doton.

The girl was captured singing Miley Cyrus’ “Wrecking Ball” holding a mic on one hand while using her other hand to read the lyrics on a braille.

One Facebook user even shared the video with Ellen Degeneres. The talk show host have previously featured in her show Ellen Filipino singers that included Charice Pempengco, Arnel Pineda, Ralph Salazar, and the latest, Aldrich Lloyd Talonding with his cousin, James Walter Bucong.
