A special greeting from our dear Consul General Gigi Kalong:

Season’s Greetings

As the year rolls to a close, the Consulate would like to thank you for another successful year of service.

Thank you to each of you for the support you have given to your Consulate office and to me personally in the hope of making a difference to the Filipino-Australian Community here in Melbourne, Victoria.

I, as your Consul, would like to wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all.

Christmas is a time wherein faith, hope, love and peace are brought to the fore.

Every day will be Christmas when we show love to each other and undertake service to mankind.

With love in my heart to yours, taos puso ko po kayong binabati.

Let us welcome another year of service to our kababayans.

Please be advised that the Consulate will be closed from 25th December and will re-open on 07th January 2013
