Pinoy Adventurers of Australia (PAA) is a Filipino group whose members are interested in outdoor activities such as camping, hiking, and picnics. It started in 2019 with the aim to build a community that let Filipinos meet each other and travel together. Since then, the group went hiking and camping in several places around Victoria. From strangers, they became close friends and family.
PAA went hiking at The Horn Track in Mount Buffalo National Park and camping at Nug Nug Reserve last 17-19 April.
The group enjoyed walking the 800m trail and was mesmerised by the picturesque view at the mountain’s lookout. Then, the group went to Lake Catani for a quick side trip.
A few hours later, they set up their tents and camped. There were fun games like rock, paper, scissors, charades, never have I ever, and category game which made camping more exciting and interesting.
In March, PAA also recently celebrated its second anniversary at Geelong Eastern Beach. New members were warmly welcomed. There was a lot of delectable food and group games which made the activity successful and memorable.
The hiking and camping activities are usually held every third week of the month. If you want to know more about the group’s next outdoor activities, search for ‘Pinoy Adventurers of Australia’ on Facebook, and answer all of the questions upon joining.
