It pays to have an effective anti-virus software.
I’m in the middle of doing computer work when a warning banner from my Avast anti-virus app flashed this warning sign: “Fake “Facebook Security Team” account asks for your credentials.”
As an active Facebook user, I was alarmed.
The article appeared a couple of days ago, so it’s probable that many FB Pages may have been compromised already.
Those who have received an email from this hoax account and have responded to such “request” will be directed to a phishing site who will immediately get access to details of your account.
