Hit teen love series “He’s Into Her’ back in Season 2

The hit teen love series “He’s Into Her,” led by one of the hottest local love teams, Donny Pangilinan and Belle Mariano, is back for a second season. The second series will also introduce new faces that will add spice to the already exciting storyline.

“He’s Into Her” has attracted the Filipino audience and also received high viewership internationally. The show, initially aimed at teens, has also captured the senior and yuppie market. The creators, Head Writer Vanessa Valdez and Director Chad Vidanes, credit its success to the relatable storyline. According to Direk Chad, the story is not new but has been told a lot of times. What makes it different is the uniqueness of their characters and the values they share. He added that their stars give the story a breath of fresh air. While Vanessa Valdez said that the show is universal regardless of age, background and nationality, we all have the need and desire to be seen, loved and accepted for who we are. She also said that apart from the love story, it is also a story of redemption and second chance.

The second season will show what happens after two people fall in love and how they stay in love during their relationship. It presents how the characters grow up and how they balance school, family and their new relationship. It expresses how they mature and make sacrifices for their love instead of just “kilig”. Apart from the love team, they will also showcase the other supporting characters’ storylines.

The cast said that a lot of love and hard work went into creating season two. Most of the cast are still students who, like the characters, juggled school work, family and personal time with being in the show. They were very emotional when they first saw the trailer as they remember the struggles and sacrifices they went through to finish the show. They only hope that the viewers will appreciate and show the same love they did during the first season.

“He’s Into Her” will be available to stream from iWantTFC on April 20. It is exclusively available to Premium Subscribers.
