(NSW)— Life and leadership coach Fideliz Cruz discovered life coaching has been exactly what she needed to create more value, quality and deeper connections with her clients. After two years of running her Personal Styling Business and helping women not only styling and how to “dress according to their body shape” but also deal with self doubt, lack of self confidence and their desire to create a life that they love, Fideliz was looking for a way to serve her clients in a more meaningful and deeper way.

Fideliz went on a mission to find how to better serve her clients as well as create a new path for herself, a career that was flexible, she was passionate about and one that was both inspiring and rewarding.

Undertaking an internationally certified course to become a life coach, Fideliz found her calling in establishing a business combining both Personal Styling and Life Coaching working with women who are ready to create a life they love.

“In becoming a life coach I wanted to help women find what it is that lights them up, what they’re passionate about and helping them get clear on their vision for their future – I want them to walk in confidence not just because of what they are wearing, but because of what they have learned they have inside,” says Fideliz. She adds, “I believe before anything manifests on the outside – our outward appearance, it all starts from within. Working on our mindset, creating a clear vision for the future and courageously living out our most audacious dreams and visions.”

To be recognised alongside such incredible coaches from all over the world is a dream come true.”

The Emerging Coach Award is specifically for new coaches who are showing exceptional promise, creativity and growth. Fideliz shares, “becoming a life and leadership coach is the best decision I have ever made for myself and I’m thrilled to be part of such a growing industry.”
