Filipino Barbie 2 features celebrity Pinoy chef

Satiate your Filipino palate with the Filipino Barbie 2, featuring Pinoy celebrity chef Sau del Rosario. Check out what’s on the menu– Pritchon, Sinuglaw, Suam na Mais, Chicken Inasal, and Filipino Fiesta Dessert Buffet.

The second FIILIPINO BARBIE  installment of Filipino Barbie is scheduled on 9 March 2013, 7pm, Occasions Restaurant, 55 La Trobe St, Melbourne. Tickets to the  Degustation Dinner is at $50 each. The Filipino Barbie 2 is presented by the Center for Culinary Arts, Manila.

Chef Sau del Rosario is an advocate of organic cuisine, and such is served in his own restaurant Le Bistro Vert. He took up Hotel Management in UP Diliman, and later pursued his professional training in Nice, France under Michelin Chef Christian Plumail of Restaurant L’univers. He opened the following restaurants in Manila:  M Cafe, Chelsea, Madison Grill, and Toro. Chef Sau was born and raised in Pampanga.
