Pakenham Baptist Church, Rowville Baptist Church Berwick Church of Christ, Arise Church and Hope of Life Church are training volunteers and pastors in pastoral care and counselling to respond to community needs.
The training is delivered by the Philippine Baptist Theological Seminary Education by Extension Program which commenced in April this year. The first module was Bible Interpretation. The second module is Introduction to Pastoral Care and Counselling which is offered in June and September.
