The Aussie coastal capital of Victoria – Melbourne, is in the league to give its counterpart Sydney a tough rub on the shoulder. The route of fun places to visit in Melbourne starts with the Flinders Street Station, the oldest train station and an iconic landmark with its green copper dome, tower, arched entrance, famous row of clocks, and the main platform, which is 708 metres long. Take a trip to Queen Victoria Market – the biggest open-air market in the city with stalls selling jewellery, toys, electronic items, fresh fruits, and vegetables. Adjoining the Yarra River in the centre of the city is The Crown, the entertainment complex where visitors can enjoy a visit to the Crown Casino or a walk by the Southbank Promenade. Visit Melbourne’s waterfront, known as the Docklands, with famous buildings like the Marvel Stadium.
